The event venue will be bustling with activity, and may seem overwhelming, but here are some things to do at SGCC to start your journey of exploring the world of pop culture.

Visit the Artist Alley

Take a walk through SGCC’s Artist Alley and discover unique creations by regional and artists. Chat with these talented people and gain a better understanding behind the creativity of their art work. Browse through the variety of creations and artworks on display and find your new favourite creator ranging from artists to illustrators and even toy creators.


Have a chat with Stephanie Inky Cat Studio who started out as a history teacher, but then realized her passions and the rewarding feelings she got from creating art. We also have Aza from Velvet Room Cosplay Gallery, who had a fascination for the world of pop culture at a very young age journey and now as a full-time cosplayer, aims to deliver the best to her fans by continuing to challenge herself in the fine art of cosplay.


Another creator you can find at this year’s Artist Alley is Muffinsaurs, a Singaporean artist whose passion started in her youth with the aim to create works that put a smile on people’s faces. Catch these skilled creators at their booths and check out some of their merchandise.


Play Pokémon with like-minded individuals 

Will you be the next Pokémon Master? Join the battle with many other like-minded people in this Special Event from the Comic Con Pokémon Championship Series. The event will feature the standard Pokémon Trading Card Game and Pokémon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon on Nintendo 3DS. Stand a chance to win attractive prizes and up to 200 Championship Points that will lead you to your next adventure as a Pokémon Trainer at the prestigious Pokémon World Championships.


Explore and purchase the many merchandises and collectibles available Fans can expect to dazzled by the variety of merchandise and collectibles from the various guests and exhibitors coming down to this year’s Singapore Comic Con (SGCC). Bring home merchandise from creators such as Mighty Jaxx, FRUS and many more.

Root for your favourites at the Championships of Cosplay and PVP Esports @ Singapore Comic Con by Singtel 

Walk into the enchanting world of cosplay and snap a picture with cosplayers dressed as your favourite characters. Root for your favourite cosplayers, teams and game players as they battle it out at the Championships of Cosplay (CoC) and PVP Esports @ Singapore Comic Con. Shortlisted cosplayers for the CoC will be competing on the main stage at SGCC to find the ultimate champion who stands a chance to win attractive cash prizes and a sponsored trip to represent SGCC in the grand finals at the Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo to battle it out with representatives from other countries.


Fans can also witness their favourite players and teams compete in games such as Dota 2 and Mobile Legends at the PVP Esports @ Singapore Comic Con. Casual and aspiring pro gamers alike can meet professionals in the scene and gain new gaming experiences all while having fun. Meet and connect with gaming influencers and streamers like Alodia, Biancake, SherlinTsu (Baby Shark) and more. The PVP Community League Grand Finals will also be taking place exclusively at SGCC. With over 400 teams competing for months it all comes down to the chosen few teams left, with only one to be crowned PVP champion. Catch teams such as Unstable Network from SIM, Serpentine and Holy from ITE Central and also regional teams such as Team Teletubbies, Xavier and many more as they compete in this year’s finals at SGCC.

Meet esteemed guests of SGCC 2019 Want to meet creators of your favourite characters and other skilled professionals in the pop culture scene? Here’s your chance to get up close and meet these talented guests on SGCC’s star studded guest line up from cosplayers to toy makers, gamers, illustrators and comic creators. Visitors can also expect to see the unique creations of these artists on display. Some of the guests include Jason Freeny the well-known toy creator behind the famous hidden dissectibles series; James C Mulligan, a Disney fine designer as well as highly acclaimed artist of the famous Batman series, Greg Capullo.
