World Grand Prix 2026 F-Sports Club: Free fun, live star interaction
HONG KONG - Organised by World Snooker Tour (WST) and F-Sports Promotions Limited and supported by the Billiard Sports Council of Hong Kong China Limited, the "World Grand Prix 2026" is set be held in Hong Kong for the second occasion, taking place from 3 to 8 February, 2026 at Kai Tak Arena, Kai Tak Sports Park. The world’s top 32 snooker players will be competing for the championship and world rankings. To promote the popularization of sports, a free and open-to-the-public sports carnival, "F-Sports Club," will be held alongside the event, allowing the public to personally enjoy the fun of sports while watching the competitions and integrating physical activity into daily life.
The carnival offers a variety of sports experiences, including Snooker, Chinese Eight-ball, junior cue sports, pickleball, and table tennis. Interactive games will be held where participants can compete against each other to win prizes.
In addition to official event merchandise and sponsor booths on-site, fans will have rare interactive opportunities. Star Players including Ronnie O'Sullivan and Zhou Yuelong will make appearances to meet fans. Hong Kong star Marco Fu, will also participate in interactions. Furthermore, the next generation of talent will shine, with 19-year-old British rising star Stan Moody and 6-year-old junior player Wu Yiren making joint appearances to engage with fans, showcasing the heritage and vibrancy of snooker.

All-time snooker greats attending include Neil Robertson, Judd Trump, Ronnie O'Sullivan, Mark Selby, Shaun Murphy. A total of 10 Chinese players will be competing in this year's tournament, setting a new record for participation. The China line-up includes Ding Junhui, Zhao Xintong, Wu Yize, Xiao Guodong, Zhou Yuelong, Si Jiahui, Chang Bingyu, Yuan Sijun, Zhang Anda, and Pang Junxu.
Hendry and Fu to Stage Exhibition Match; Ticket Holders for Afternoon Sessions During First Four Days Can Redeem Tickets
This year exhibition matches will be held on 7 and 8 February. On Saturday, "The King of the Crucible" Stephen Hendry will face-off against legendary Hong Kong star Marco Fu. Sunday will feature a new team exhibition match, with Hendry and Fu each teaming up with young players from the Hong Kong Billiard Sports Academy to compete. Fans who have purchased "Six-Day Pass" or tickets for the afternoon sessions on the first four days of the main event can redeem exhibition match tickets at the Hong Kong Billiard Sports Academy, Kai Tak Mall 3, from 3 to 6 February, between 12:00 noon and 8:00 PM, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Public ticket sales are now available through HK Ticketing and Damai, with prices ranging from HK$80 to HK$2,580. The event also offers a "Six-Day Pass" and a "Final Day All-Day Pass." Purchasers of the "Six-Day Pass" can enjoy three exclusive privileges: (1) access to all main event matches at a discounted ticket price; (2) a signed cue from snooker legends Stephen Hendry or Ronnie O'Sullivan; and (3) complimentary tickets to the exhibition matches on 7 and 8 February. The complete set of privileges is limited to just 150 sets and is available only while supplies last.
The F-Sports Club will be held on-site, featuring multiple sports experiences, tournament merchandise, and sponsor booths. Fans will also have the opportunity to interact with top players. Rising 19-year-old star Stan Moody will be present at the venue to engage with fans. Admission is free and open to the public.
The "World Grand Prix 2026" is awarded “M” Mark status by the Major Sports Events Committee, symbolising an intense, spectacular and signature event in the territory’s sports calendar, helping enhance the image of Hong Kong as an international sports event capital.
The World Grand Prix has been held in the UK since 2015 until March last year, when the competition was relocated to Hong Kong. As one of the premier events on the World Snooker Tour, it features the season’s top 32 ranked players, making it one of the pinnacle events in world professional snooker. The total prize money is £700,000, with the winner's prize set at £180,000.
