As your energy naturally depletes throughout the day, your Pokémon will gradually become drowsy and fall asleep—a gentle reminder that it’s time to relax and recharge.
At night, your Pokémon will also randomly display one of three sleep poses, adding a touch of surprise and fun to your health monitoring. Thoughtful Reminder: Night Mode Automatically Activates
